Meow Wolf Wedding, Santa Fe
Brenda and Vallerie picked the perfect spot for their vibrant joy-filled Meow Wolf wedding in Santa Fe! This one-of-a-kind venue (@meowwolfsantafe) offers an immersive art experience and wild, whimsical decor you just won’t find anywhere else.
From the moment we saw their celebration, we knew we had to feature it. It’s bursting with color, creativity, and pure personal style. And what about their photography? Absolutely extraordinary, thanks to our longtime member Talitha Tarro @talithatarrophotography, who captured every magical moment with her signature flair.
The couple did their own makeup with lots of sparkles and vibrant accents and chose lace wedding dresses with big skirts that they could swirl on the dance floor. The day began with getting ready in the bridal suite followed by a playful photo shoot. Tarro took full advantage of the many motifs and interesting angles at Meow Wolf Santa Fe to create a one-of-a-kind collection of wedding portraits that any couple with an alternative style would envy.

The ceremony began when the officiant, wearing emerald green brocade, entered through a delightful red door and was followed by the brides with their bright bouquets. Exchanging their own vows on stage, Brenda and Vallerie were joined by loved ones and surrounded by neon lights depicting a lopsided town straight out of a Tim Burton fairytale.

The reception continued the playful theme with bold striped walls, purple and teal tablescapes, and cheerful surprises like a Candy Land-style cake-cutting room and a rainbow display of treats and donuts.
@talithatarrophotography shares, “Watching Brenda and Vallerie go straight from that enchanting space to the dance floor and seeing the joy on their faces was one of the highlights of the evening.”
The brides add, “Talitha is an AMAZING LGBTQ+ friendly vendor. At the wedding, she arrived early and prepared, and throughout the night seemed to be everywhere. We knew when we chose a Meow Wolf wedding we would have an incredibly difficult and unique lighting situation, and Talitha handled it beautifully. I thought we’d be lucky to get five photos we really loved, and instead we love every single shot she sent!”
